Refund & Cancellation
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days from purchase date you must contact TheBroThing Customer Service to determine the best course of action. 

TheBroThing will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, such as distributors or retail partners.

A copy of the TheBroThing credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original TheBroThing invoice may be requested prior to TheBroThing Customer Service issuing a Return Authorization.

To request a refund, please send an email to thebrothing@gmail.com and provide the following information:

Name

Phone

Reason for Refund

Product Name

Date of Purchase

Payment method used, with details

A copy of the TheBroThing credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original TheBroThing invoice, should be attached to the email.

Requests made without the required information as specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

Funds will be credited to your bank account within 5 days of us issuing the refund.

We do not provide refund on Discounted Courses, Also on non-digital services for example our programs, Online dating profile creation service, Live or personalised training services, refunds are not applicable. 

For Digital courses refund is reviewed on the basis of action being taken and inability of solving the core problem.  Kindly provide the required details by the team for making your refund process more convenient.
