Your Role:

Your role will be creating amazing video content that helps Indian men get better at attracting and dating women. The content will be for YouTube, both long form videos and shorts. You will be closely working with our other video editors and our executive coach Arunav to execute the creative ideas the team comes up with.

Location: Work from home (Set office timings)

Pay: You will be receiving a base salary and performance-based incentives. The incentives will be unlimited and directly associated with your performance and hence your top pay will never be limited to any conditions.

Hours of Work: This is a full-time position

You need to be willing to understand the dating culture in India along with male-female social dynamics so that you are able to create content which is relatable to our audience who is looking to learn how to approach, attract and date women in the simplest way possible. Your videos will be watched by one of the most amazing community of people who are focused on improving themselves and the videos you create will directly be responsible for bringing a positive change is lives of millions of people. We're looking for a video editor with a proven track record of creating engaging videos.

Qualification Required:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years of video editing experience and use of applications like - Adobe Premier Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects.
  • Proficiency in English - both reading & writing.
  • An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of ownership, and leadership skills.

Specific Requirements:

  • Knowledge of story boarding and creating engaging hooks for the videos.
  • Knowledge of colour grading & colour correction.
  • Experience of creating cinematic documentary style videos.
  • Identify the latest trends on the YT & Instagram platforms and contribute to the pool of content ideas.
