Your Role:
Your role will be creating amazing graphic content that helps Indian men get better at attracting and dating women. The content will be for YouTube and Instagram, both creatives and ad’s and thumbnails to increase CTR. You will be closely working with our other creative editors and our executive coach Arunav to execute the creative ideas the team comes up with.
Location: Work from home (Set office timings)
Pay: You will be receiving a base salary and performance-based incentives. The incentives will be unlimited and directly associated with your performance and hence your top pay will never be limited to any conditions. Incase of increasing CTR you would be offered incentives.
Hours of Work: This is a full-time position
You’ll be working with some of the most experienced people in the YouTube India community so there will be a lot to learn, experiment with and test.
We are looking for someone who has a past track record of being consistent, delivering on time and someone who constantly wants to improve and learn more.
Qualification Required:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 0-1 years of graphic designing experience and use of applications like - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Light-Room
- Proficiency in English - both reading & writing.
- An ideal candidate would have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of ownership, and leadership skills.
Specific Requirements:
- Knowledge on how to present and packager our videos in a creative way to increase CTR (each thumbnail weather it’s for Instagram or YouTube should present a story that attracts the viewers to click more on it) (You will be assisted by our content manager to get a better idea of how to improve CTR)
- Experience of creating thumbnails, creatives and ad designs.
- Identify the latest trends in the market and be informed.
- Always be ready and open for learning new things happening in the market of design
- Experience of creating creatives, logos for website development.
