Doubt… it os the biggest road block towards achieving our goals.
The feeling of doubt can be overwhelming and at times even a paralysing one. Doubts can lead us to re-think our decisions or re-evaluate our situation, which can be beneficial at times.
However when thinking leads to overthinking it is then that we tend to lose the grasp of our situation and often make hasty or improper decisions.
At times overthinking leads us to not doing anything at all as a sense of fear of non accomplishment starts to surround us.
Now conquering doubts is very important, especially if you want your dating/ pick up game to be strong. Women don’t get attracted to men filled with doubts and scattered mindsets.
They always get attracted to men who are confident and self assured with no room for doubts.
Now doubt is not always bad as it gives you a platform to re-think certain situations/ decisions.
Self doubt at times can be used as a positive tool to prepare and improve oneself, resulting in a better/ more confident you.
But many of us due to self doubt and an overthinking attitude sabotage current prospect and put the blame on external situations to run away from out own failures. You want to avoid these negative possibilities, right?
The trick is to stay focused on the positive signs and affirmations, and to diminish that voice that insists on reminding you of your past failures.
Lack of Confidence Leads To Doubt: If you consider yourself to be an introvert, or feel that you have a low self esteem, then it may be difficult for you to make active decisions when it comes to women.
Your doubts should have an honest purpose that encourages you to learn the truth.
For example you see a woman in a club and going by her surroundings doubt if she already has a boyfriend or not and be careful in deciding to approach her.
Now here doubt acts as a positive factor generating a warning signal to avoid a weird situation.
However when doubt stems from lack of confidence it may lead you to take sabotaging decisions.
For example due to self doubt and low self esteem you may not approach a woman thinking you are not good enough or she may not be interested in you or she is out of your league.
Further you end up feeling under confident and demeaned.
Fear Attracts Doubt
Have you ever been in a situation where you really like someone but do not ask them out for drinks or maybe a date just because you are too afraid of her answer?
Well the fear of not knowing often clouds are judgement in determining whether or not the other person is interested or not.
We often want more than friendship with someone but chicken away from telling them as the fear of not knowing what their answer might be often creates doubts and confusions in our mind and gives birth to false ideas.
Identify The Source of Your Doubts: Try to determine whether or not your doubts are justifiable or not. Ask yourself if the uncertainty is coming from an intuitive source, an emotional source, or a rational source.
Adapt an objective approach and try to analyse your circumstances from an outsider’s perspective.
Maybe the clues were there all along and she is equally shy to tell you that she too is interested in you. So try and look for those subtle hints that are all around you and practically address the situation.
Always remember that taking an action and knowing is always better than taking no action due to doubts and never knowing.
If you are too scared to learn the truth face to face, try to send her a clever, but clear message, and see how responsive she is to your outreach.
